Shipment Processing Time

We directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In any cases, if there will be significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates

Here are the estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase:

  • Domestic 7-14 Business Days (we will try to expedite it as much as possible)
  • International 14-31 Business Days 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A tracking number will added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way. You can also track your shipment here.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

maxXperience is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If the package is return to us due to unpaid custom, taxes or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damage merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at kdl.maximo@gmail.com right away. We will only replaced damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
